Consultation Fees

Consultation fees are generally non-refundable once the consultation has been completed.

Medical Treatments

As medical treatments involve professional services that cannot be returned after they have been performed, treatment fees are generally non-refundable.

Packages

Purchased treatment packages are non-refundable.
Unused sessions may be transferable only at the sole discretion of the clinic.
Expiry dates, where applicable, will be stated at the time of purchase.

Deposits

Appointment deposits may be forfeited if appointments are cancelled or rescheduled with insufficient notice, subject to clinic policy.

Products

Products purchased may only be exchanged if:

They are defective; or
Incorrect items were supplied.

Opened or used skincare products cannot be returned or refunded due to hygiene and safety reasons unless required by applicable law.

Exceptional Circumstances

Refund requests arising from exceptional medical or administrative circumstances will be reviewed individually by clinic management. Approval is at the clinic's discretion and subject to applicable laws.
